My Butterfly Dream Card!

Yes, I call this my Butterfly Dream Card. It's a card I created one fine spring afternoon not so long ago.

It's one of those fun card that I love to make. I can't remember what my thoughts were that afternoon but I was in the mood for creating one of a kind handmade cards.

Butterfly dream card

Card Making Supplies:

1. grey color basic blank card

2. black cardstock

3. white cardstock

4. confetti rubber stamp

5. face rubber stamp

6. butterflies rubber stamps

7. flower rubber stamp

8. black pigment inkpad

9. metalllic thread

10. pink eye shadow (use only one you want to throw away)

11. dye inkpads : pink, yellow, orange, light green, lilac color

12. trimmer

13. double-sided tape

14. glue

Card Making Instructions:

1. Ink stamps with black ink and stamp over the white cardstock (refer to picture above for placement of stamps)

2. Color the card with the different dye inkpads by using your finger or a dauber. Lightly dab on the card so that the color blend into one another.

3. Use eye-shadow or chalk to color above the eyes on the face.

4. Punch with corner punch.

5. Tie metallic thread to make a frame. Glue the ends of the thread to back of card.

6. Layer on black cardstock then onto the grey blank card.

And your Butterfly Dream card is done. Now remember to decorate your envelope and send it to someone you're thinking of.
